We work with clients under a written agreement. The words, photographs, and layout on this site belong to Russo Consulting Firm LLC. Use them for your own reference; don't republish them as your own. Every property is different. We give you our honest read based on experience, but we can't promise a return, a savings number, or a value. Decisions are yours. Consulting and brokerage are separate. Advisory work is Russo Consulting Firm LLC. When a transaction calls for a licensed broker, that work is done through B&R Real Estate Co., and we'll tell you which hat we're wearing.

Sending a form doesn't create a client relationship. It starts a conversation. We link to other sites when it's useful. We don't control them.
