Buying, renovating, or investing in property is one of the biggest financial decisions most people ever make. The agent wants the sale. The contractor wants the job. We started this firm so our clients would finally have an advisor whose only interest is their outcome.

Chris Russo

Luz Russo
Chris has been renovating properties since 2009. He has completed nearly 50 investment property renovations and more than 100 client renovation projects. His background spans general contracting, home renovations, new construction, project planning, budgeting, and contract review.
CO-OWNER · CLIENT EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS
Luz is the firm's majority owner and leads client experience and operations. She spent 17 years as a high school educator, which shows in how she works: clear explanations, patient communication, and genuine care that every client understands their options before making a decision.
Chris holds a bachelor's degree in Business from Drexel University. That business foundation shapes how he advises: every recommendation is grounded in the numbers, the budget, and the long-term value of the property.
Luz earned a BA in Spanish and a BS in Education with a K-12 Spanish specialization from Rowan University, and a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning from Wilmington University.
He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with brokerage services provided through B&R Real Estate Co.
She is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson, with brokerage services provided through B&R Real Estate Co., and leads the firm's bilingual outreach, serving clients comfortably in English or Spanish.
